1. Once the tickets have been purchased, no refunds will be made except in the case of an issue  with the access to the site and/or with the services purchased.
2. In the event of being unable to access one of the venues, the proportional amount corresponding to access of the access to the affected venue will be refunded.
3. In the event that a purchased service cannot be provided, a refund of the proportional amount of the purchased service will be made.
4. Refunds will be made using same method used for the original payment (cash, card, etc).
