1. Once the tickets have been purchased, no refunds will be made except in the case of a possible incident with the access to the site and/or with the services purchased.
2. In the event that access to one of the enclosures is not possible, the proportional amount of the access to the affected enclosure will be refunded.
3. In the event that a purchased service cannot be provided, we will proceed to refund the amount proportional to the service purchased.
4. The refund will be made by the same method that has been used in the payment method (cash, card, etc.).
